Tech Stack
Fantasktic Studio is a comprehensive project management platform that merges task orchestration with rich, real-time collaborative workspaces. It supports customizable spreadsheet-like boards with over 30 column types, recursive items/sub-items, and a visual automation builder supporting custom triggers, actions, and conditional paths.
The real-time document collaboration engine is powered by Hocuspocus and Y.js, allowing team members to edit shared notes and canvas items concurrently. Behind the scenes, the platform features a multi-model AI agent framework (leveraging Claude, GPT, and Gemini) that automates background tasks and content generation with snapshot-based rollbacks.
The backend infrastructure is built around a secure PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security (RLS), AES-256-GCM encryption for client data, Cloudflare R2 file storage via proxy routes, and Stripe-powered horizontal/vertical subscriptions.
